Learning and Development.
Continuous Growth & Development being an integral part of Kutchina vision, learning is accorded a high priority. Training is provided to members to expose them to new ideas, concepts and expand their horizons.

A special emphasis is laid on growth and development of our members. We conduct and participate in an array of training programs and workshops that comprise the technological, managerial and behavioral growth of our members.

Training & Development strategy at KUTCHINA is linked to the strategic plan of the enterprise. The business plan forms the basis for the Training & Development plans which define the knowledge, skills and competence required to meet the organizational objectives.

The focus in training is on Functional as well as Managerial training programs, which are conducted both through in-house faculty as well as outside consultant. The training activities are conducted through:
A. In-house Training Workshops
we conduct various internal training for our members that include both technical/ skill based as well as soft skill training. Time management, Coaching & Counseling, Managing for Results, etc. are few of the internal training modules from the vast pool of development programs we offer to our members.

B. Sponsored Workshops & Management Development Programs (MDP’s)
The sponsorship to MDPs was planned keeping in view that they would provide, our managers & future leaders, an opportunity to access contemporary thinking & gain insights from a diverse range of peers. It would add to their knowledge & skills facilitating their personal contribution to the future success of our organization.

C. On-the-job Training
In KUTCHINA On the job training is imparted based on the gaps identified through Skill Mapping. Skill Mapping is carried out to bring in the concept of Multi-Skilling in order to enhance productivity and quality.
